RETURN/EXCHANGE TERMS

You must manage the return before the deadline

• Online purchase: you have one week to return the product Products / Items must be in their original condition and also have the relevant invoice. Returns should only be made if it is the pharmacy's fault (If the product is damaged, the product is not the right one), and not when it is the customer's fault. In this case, the return is made with the corresponding product or with products of the same value at no additional cost to the customer. The realization of the return of the product must be done by the customer only at our physical point, "Farmacia Medigreen".

CANCELLATION OF THE ORDER AT THE PHARMACY

If you cancel the order purchased at the pharmacy, the refund will be made in the same payment method used for the purchase.

 

Please note: Once you have approved the cancellation of the order, the cost of the bank transfer will be deducted from your refund value. ​

The maximum right to cancel the order is 24h (1 day).
